Pension for Life Case DISMISSED

Sadly the below has been received from NARPO HQ’s 

Circulated to Branch Secretaries

This morning , we received the judgment from Mr Justice Fordham who dismissed the claims but granted the permission to appeal on two specified grounds; the application of the right to marry and the Judge’s decision on justification.

The President and myself have been in discussions with our legal team and Connect regarding the implications of this judgment.
